When I worked in a comic store (Metro Entertainment in Santa Barbara, CA), bagging and boarding comics quickly was a bloodsport and I was out to win. Now I really enjoy taking it slowly- every month or two (depending on how big the stacks are), I'll seal up my books and update a massive Excel document I have cataloguing everything before putting them away in my longboxes. A good comic store is worth its weight in floppy copies, really grateful for all the good ones I've ever killed time (and my bank balance) in.
Nice. Yeah I realized at some point over the years that bagging comics had always been my zen time. And I use the CLZ Comics app to keep up with my collection, which has worked well.
